We had our 30 week appointment today. Everything looks good! The heart rate was in the 140's. The doctor thought our little one was head down by what she could tell from palpating my abdomen. This is good news because at our 20 week ultrasound - she was butt down. At this point, she is probably about 3 pounds and 16 or 17 inches long. She is moving all around on a daily basis. She is most active after I eat sweets and in the middle of the night! Let's hope the middle of the night stuff changes by the time she gets here! I am dreaming, I know!!! :) It is hard to believe that she will be here in just a few short months! We are still working on her middle name, but would like to announce to everyone her first name. We are going to name her Kallie!!!
