37 weeks

Today we had our 37 week appointment. My weight gain was good, I am dilated 1 cm, and my cervix is about 60-70% thinned out. Kallie hasn't dropped yet, but she is still head down. That is all good news! Yay!!! However, my blood pressure was up significantly from my "normal"...142/94. Since my blood pressure was up, they decided to do a non-stress test to check and see how Kallie is doing. Thankfully, it looked good. Her heart rate was in the 140-150 range and she had good accelerations of her heart rate that correlated well with her movement. They checked my blood pressure again before leaving and it was still high, so now I am officially off work and on bed rest. I had some blood work drawn and will go back to the doctor again this Wednesday for reevaluation. Please keep us in your prayers!
